Church Leadership

The church is overseen by a group of men that the Bible calls elders (1 Peter 5:1-3). These men meet the qualifications the Scriptures require of them in 1 Timothy 5 and Titus 1. The deacons of the church are men who render different kinds of services for the church. The deacons also are qualified according to 1 Timothy 3. We believe that every member of the congregation, male or female, is given the privilege by God of serving in some capacity.
